Effective Oct. 1, 2022, COPNA dues are $20 per household. There are no longer separate categories for individual and multi-person households.
Any dues paid in 2024 will apply to the October 2024 - September 2025 dues cycle.
Central Oak Park Neighborhood Association (COPNA) is a voluntary membership association for all residents of Central Oak Park. As stated in our Bylaws, the goal of COPNA is to: promote a sense of community for our neighborhood; forge working relationships with the City of Saint Petersburg; foster civic participation; promote beautification and pride in the neighborhood; maintain, enhance and encourage quality housing that reinforces the character and charm of our neighborhood and provide a focal point for all neighborhood issues that affect a significant number of our residents.

Central Oak Park Neighborhood is centrally located in St Petersburg Florida. Central Oak Park is only 2 miles from thriving downtown St. Pete and 5 miles from beautiful gulf beaches and is the 3rd largest neighborhood in St. Pete. The neighborhood runs from 5th Avenue South to 13th Avenue North and from 34th St (Highway 19) to 49th St.
The Central Oak Park Neighborhood Association (COPNA) is as voluntary association for all residents and businesses in the neighborhood. COPNA Mission: To foster a sense of community within Central Oak Park.
